Hello! My name is Elisa Riccardi, and I have loved animals and nature since I was a child. I truly enjoy spending time with animals, caring for them, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I believe every animal deserves to be treated with love, respect, and kindness.

I have many years of hands-on experience with different animals. I grew up surrounded by dogs, including German Shepherds, Neapolitan Mastiffs, and English Mastiffs, and I currently have a Blue Heeler. I also lived and worked on a farm in Venezuela for seven years, caring for horses, cows, sheep, goats, dogs, and cats. This taught me to be attentive, patient, and sensitive to each animal’s personality and needs.

I offer dog walking and home visits for dogs and cats. Walks can last between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on your dog’s age, health, and energy level. We can explore your neighbourhood and nearby green spaces, allowing time for sniffing, exercise, and mental stimulation. I adapt the pace to your dog and follow your instructions regarding routes, leads, and interactions with other animals.

During home visits, I can provide food and fresh water, offer companionship and playtime, and follow your pet’s usual routine. I can also help with medication according to your instructions, provided it is something I have experience administering. Visit duration and frequency can be agreed upon before booking, depending on your pet’s needs.

I have experience with basic dog training, having trained my own dogs. I enjoy combining physical activity with simple mental games, always respecting each pet’s comfort and abilities.

At the moment, I do not offer daycare or boarding in my own home. My services take place outdoors for walks or in the owner’s home for visits. We can agree in advance on how many pets need care so I can give them appropriate attention. I stay with the pets throughout each booked walk or visit; home visits do not include continuous supervision between visits.

I work online, which gives me some flexibility to arrange care during the week and on weekends. Please contact me to discuss your dates and the care you need. I speak English and Spanish, and I am learning German.
